The She Knows Network is an online database of women experts who are of varying subject backgrounds and from different regions in Africa.The database has been compiled to connect organisations, Boards, Conference Organisers, Universities, Recruiters and Journalists among others with unlimited number of African women experts.
Gender Watch Ghana partners with a number of organisations to promote the principle of gender equality in the workplace. Every year, companies go through a reporting process on key interest indicators. Organisations work with Gender Watch Ghana to build gender equality strategy, set gender targets or address gender pay gaps. Small businesses in Ghana employ a large number of employees and face a unique set of issues when it comes to managing and improving gender equality in their workplace.

3. Gender Equality Index (AiGei)
AiGEI is Gender watch Ghana’s tool for public and policy advocacy for corporate gender policies.
The results of the GEI indicate which companies or institutions have earned any range of points on promoting Gender Equality. The GEI Badge of Honour is awarded to companies who are gender sensitive. This is to help the public support organisations which align with their values in order to patronize their goods or services.
5. Gender And Media Awards
The Gender Watch Ghana every year will award two women journalists and a media organisation for gender sensitive reporting. The Gifty Afenyi Dadzie Women and Media Award, The Gifty Anti Woman Media Entrepreneur Award and the Best Institution for Women and Media Award will kickstart this year to coincide with the Ghana Journalists Awards.
The Awards are:
- The Gifty Affenyi-Dadzie Award for Best Female Reporter in Gender Responsive Reporting.
- The Ajoa Yeboah-Afari Award for Best Male Reporter in Gender Responsive Reporting.
- The Gifty Anti Woman in Media Business Award.
- Best Institution for Gender Sensitive Reporting.
- Best Female Reporter on Politics.
- Best Female Reporter on Business and Economy.
- Best Female Reporter on Sports.
The Gender Watch Ghana Women and Media Awards category is scheduled to kickstart this year to coincide with the Ghana Journalists Association’s Awards.
